Juventus host Barcelona in the quarter-final first leg of Uefa Champions League 2016/17 at Turin on Tuesday.
The hosts are heading into the big clash after beating Porto 3-0 on aggregate in their Round of 16 outing last month. Massimiliano Allegri's side will be high on confidence as they have warmed-up to the big clash with a comfortable 2-0 win over Serie A side Chievo in Turin on Sunday.
On the other hand, the five-time champions head into today's game on the back of a 2-0 defeat to La Liga strugglers Malaga on the road on Sunday. However, they will be pumped up as they pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in the history of the sport by beating Paris Saint-Germain 6-5 (on aggregate) after being 4-0 down at the end of R16 first leg.
Juventus have not lost a match this season and are the only side other than Real Madrid to do so. Their home record in the tournament is making them favourites to win today's game as the Old Lady have remained unbeaten in their last 21 matches at the Juventus stadium.
A lot of focus will be on their star-studded backline, consisting the likes of Giorgio Chiellini, Leonardo Bonucci and Dani Alves, who were all rested for their game on Sunday. They will be tested by the Barcelona trio of Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and Neymar but they have the experience to fend the challenge away.
Barcelona will miss Sergio Busquets, Arda Turan and Rafina but the return of Andres Iniesta to the starting line-up will add to the firepower. The visitors' morale will be low after their loss on Sunday but they need to buckle up and produce their best to stand a chance against the in-form hosts.
