Kim Kardashian's recent struggles with the fallout of nude selfies have brought to the fore the strong views of a kindred spirit -- model and actress Emily Ratajkowski.
Kim Kardashian's nude selfie has been has been capturing all the limelight on the internet so far. From body shaming celebrities to an artist replicating her picture as a beautiful piece of wall art, the 35-year-old is garnering all the good and bad publicity to her dismay.
A few weeks ago, when The Keeping up with the Kardashians star posted her nude selfie, the social media went on fire with debates all over on 'Women Empowerment'. While many celebrities criticized Kim for her 'not so decent' picture, there were many who came to her rescue.
As the reality TV star gave back to her haters there and then with her tweets and open letter on the blog, it was time to acknowledge people who appreciated and defended her act.
In the whole lot of well wishers, Kim sent a bouquet and thank you note to the beautiful American model and actress, Emily Ratajkowski.
The contour queen wrote in her note:
"Emily – Hey I wanted to thank you so much for your support last week. I saw your tweets and just think it's so powerful when women support other women! So thank you! xo Kim"
Meanwhile, the 24 year-old acknowledged Kim's gesture with an Instagram picture captioned:
"it's so important that we let women express their sexuality and share their bodies however they choose".
