Leaked iPhone 7 Plus parts confirm dual cameras, 256GB storage

French tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer has just leaked some photos of iPhone 7 Plus components via Chinese micro-blogging site, Weibo.

French tipster, Steve Hemmerstoffer has recently shared a leaked photo of alleged iPhone 7 Plus components which were initially spotted on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo.

The leaked photo (see above) showcases the long rumoured dual-camera component for the forthcoming iPhone upgrade along with some NAND flash chips hinting at three different storage options including 16GB, 64GB and 256GB.

The freshly leaked dual camera component and the storage NAND chips for iPhone 7 Plus are in line with earlier rumours that suggested the next iPhone releasing in September would feature a dual-camera setup at the rear, a 256GB storage option and a larger 3,100mAh battery.

The speculation regarding the 256GB storage option for the iPhone grew stronger as the US-based SanDisk Corporation released a smaller NAND flash chip for iPhones, being one of Apple's major NAND flash suppliers.

According to iDownloadBlog, Hemmerstoffer has also published a couple of new images pertaining to iPhone 7 chassis with a four-speaker setup along with a vertically aligned camera module and LED flash. The images have purportedly been sourced from an Italian case maker.

Apple has neither commented on the authenticity of the rumour nor revealed any specific release date for its next flagship iPhone or the alleged iPhone 7 Plus.
