Overview
In the Euro 2016, apart form eight top two teams from each group, four third best placed teams have made it to the Round of 16. One of the four teams to have made it is Portugal, who will take on Croatia in the last 16 clash on Saturday.
It was Luis Nani's goal and Cristiano Ronaldo's two brilliant goals that helped Portugal settle for a 3-3 draw against Hungary. This saw them finish third in the table after Iceland's late winner over Austria.
Croatia, on the other hand, finished on top of their group table after they defeated defending champion Spain 2-1 in their final group stage fixture. Another victory over Portugal will see them make it to the quarter-final of the European championship in France.
