JYJ's Kim Jaejoong is all set for a military discharge on December 30th. The singer, who was enlisted in the army on 31 March 2015, will be out after completing his mandatory 20 months of service. He is currently under the 55th Infantry Division in Cheoin-gu, Yongin.
Confirming the dispersion, Jae Joong's official label, C-JeS Entertainment, revealed that they are looking forward to the Mine singer's discharge and are, simultaneously, contemplating many options after he steps into K-pop scene again: "We're currently planning for Jaejoong's return. We're considering many possibilities such as performances of the album he released when he was still in the army, as well as activities as an actor. He's still a soldier, so it's too early to say what he'll do when he is discharged," the staffers told Star News.
"Jaejoong is also putting his enlistment activities first. A lot of people are interested in what he's going to do after he is discharged. We will be deciding on his future activities after talking with him as well," they added.
While his temporary enlistment into the army, Jae Joong, never really hid back behind the curtains. The Maze singer always tried to remain under the public eye by composing new music for his fans. The singer reportedly released his second full-length album, NO.X, and the single, Love You More, when he was still in the military service. However, the pre-production phase was completed before the JYJ member joined the army. Furthermore, Jaejoong also held a hologram concert in Japan in February 2016 to celebrate the album's release.
