Nam Ji Hyun and Seo In Guk have grabbed eyeballs with their budding relationship. The lead couple of romantic-comedy drama Shopping King Louie, is showcasing incredible chemistry with special reference to their intense lip-locking scene.
Actress Ji Hyun, who is making a switch from being a child actress to a female protagonist, opened up about the lip caresses she shared with handsome In Guk. Giving insight into the kiss-shoot, she said: "I only thought that I would like for it to come out prettily. It took like five hours. We used time sparingly in order to create a pretty picture, " the 21-year-old said.
"I never had a lot of kiss scenes. Rather than feeling burdened when I get those scenes, I worry a lot about how to do them. Fortunately, [Seo In Guk] was good at leading. For the first time, I shot it comfortably," she said.
Agreeing to his counterpart, the man himself, In Guk, also shared his experience. The actor revealed that he does not beleive in preparation when it comes to lip-locks: "I never prepare anything when I'm getting ready for a kiss scene, " he said: "A lot of people ask me if I have a special skill by any chance, but I never thought about the angle or technique when filming a kiss scene."
"I just think of the chemistry between me and the actress in a non-calculating way so that we can immerse ourselves in the moment," In Guk said.
The MBC drama Shopping King Louie aired its first episode on 21 September. The South Korean drama starring Seo In-guk, Nam Ji-Hyun, Yoon Sang-Hyun and Im Se-mi is currently on its 9th episode with a viewership count of 13.1% in Seoul national capital area.
