Avid GTA fans are in for some great news as the armoured trucks are returning to GTA Online while renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW (aka Ross) explains the intricacies involved with the revival of armoured truck feature in the game. Ross also sheds some light on some insane GTA 5 Easter-egg, which the fans might have missed out earlier in the game.

Until last year, we could witness random money trucks popping out into the streets of Los Santos in GTA Online free mode and then the feature was taken off by Rockstar citing that the new free mode events would be replacing it permanently.

Nevertheless, the armoured money trucks are now back into the free mode event in the game, as it brings back the wonderful memories of throwing a sticky bomb on the truck's rear door just to steal some quick cash anywhere around GTA$10,000 to GTA$25,000.

It is now confirmed by the veteran players of GTA Online that the armoured trucks have returned to the game on all three new-gen gaming platforms including PS4, Xbox One and PC. It is alleged that GTA Online players started seeing these trucks soon after the release of Bikers update into the game.

The video footage showing the return of security money trucks from gruppe 6 has been uploaded by another veteran YouTuber AndreiThaOne and shared by Ross in his latest gameplay video for GTA Online.

On the downside, it has been ascertained that the armoured money trucks seem to be locked and inaccessible to players in the game. Although you could kill the security guards, there is no way to blow up the truck or drive it as the interface seems unresponsive to all player actions involving the truck.

It is still unclear why Rockstar Games would enable some gameplay elements that cannot be used in the game whatsoever. The presence of these mysterious money trucks at random locations will only bring more disappointment to avid GTA 5 gamers.

Before you begin any of the Biker businesses, you need to prepare the setup, which requires you to hijack an armoured money truck and bring it back to your biker warehouse.

The catch here is that if you are playing the Biker setup mission or hosting the setup in a public or private lobby with your friends, you will be able to interact with these money trucks only for the duration of the mission and not in free-roam mode.

The second scenario of using these money trucks arises in one of the Hunting Pack missions, wherein you are assigned the task of stealing the truck and delivering it to the destination point.

As Ross admits, there could definitely be some kind of a glitch to make these armoured trucks accessible or usable in the game. Nevertheless, the GTA Online community seems baffled with the exclusion of access to money trucks in free-roam mode and we could just hope that Rockstar would restore the feature in the multiplayer game.

In related news, the same YouTuber has discovered an insane GTA 5 Easter-egg in single-player aka story mode version of the game. The first mission and the final heist in GTA 5 story mode are the only two occasions in the game, which allow you to access the Union Depository Bank.

Similar to the weird explosive-resistant capabilities of money trucks in the online format of the game, the ones in story mode are also surprisingly inaccessible and almost indestructible.

You will need at least five to six sticky bombs to blow up the truck and collect cash in the first mission from GTA 5 story mode, wherein you stop at the Union Bank garage access just to take down the money truck standing nearby.

As most of us would have already completed the first story mode mission, we could make use of some GTA 5 mods in order to unlock access to this money truck in the game, before embarking on the quest to conquer the crime-infested streets of Los Santos and Blaine County.
