A 25-year-old woman died after falling from a flat in Punggol on Saturday. According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), when the paramedics arrived at the scene they found an unconscious woman in cardiac arrest at the foot of the block.
A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was performed on her while taking her to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. But, the police said she eventually died from her injuries.
The incident took place at around1.20 pm at Punggol Parcvista located at Block 312B, Sumang Link. Lianhe Wanbao reported that the deceased was a maid, and she fell from the third storey.
The police said investigations are going on to find out the exact cause of the accident.
