missA's Suzy Bae is getting her own reality show which will give an insight to her private life.
The series titled, Off the Record: Suzy, will be directed by Choi Jae Yoon and will be released on Facebook, YouTube, Suzy's V LIVE channel, and other platforms on 15 January at 12 p.m. KST.
Jae Yoon was quoted saying to Soompi: "I thought it would be interesting to unveil the real 'Bae Suzy' behind the celebrity Suzy."
The same report further stated: "Through this new program, Suzy will be showing fans a glimpse of her everyday private life as a self-proclaimed homebody. She will reveal everything from dates with her friends, her worries as a woman, and herself as an ordinary person, to information about her album, her hidden rap skills, and herself as superstar Suzy."
Meanwhile, the multi-talented star is going solo with an album produced by Park Jin Young. The album, we hear, will explore the feminist charms of Suzy and is titled Yes?No?. A glimpse of Suzy's solo album shows the progression of the debut track. One track from the album will be released on 16 January and another on 24 January.
"Since it is her first solo album she is throwing her heart and soul into everything including the songs to the clothing," a representative of JYP Entertainment said, as quoted by Soompi.
Suzy made her debut through the girl group miss A under JYP Entertainment and has done a slew of interesting dramas including Dream High, Architecture 101, Gu Family Book and Uncontrollably Fond. Though there were reports that the singer will be leaving miss A and JYP Entertainment once her contract expires this year, it now looks like she is here to stay. However, the renewal seems impossible as one of its member Jia has already left the group last year in order to pursue a career in China.
It also looks like the busy schedules of Suzy and boyfriend Lee Min Ho are taking a toll on their wedding plans. Reportedly, the lovely couple was expected to tie the knot this year. However, with Suzy getting busy with her solo debut and reality show, it now looks like the plans have to be postponed.
