Nokia seems to have made a grand comeback with a lot of prerelease buzz surrounding its first ever Android phone, the Nokia 6. The hype and nostalgia seems to have peaked at the right time for all the Nokia fans out there, especially considering the one million registrations recorded for the Nokia 6 on the Chinese website 'jd.com', barely two days before the handset's flash sale on 19 January.
The uninformed should note this is an exclusive flash sale on the Chinese website, ahead of the proposed India release on 28 February. Despite being a mid-range smartphone, the handset is priced at 1,699 Yuan (roughly translates to Rs.17, 000) which is a bit high considering its average specifications.
Nevertheless, interested users may go ahead and enrol themselves for the Nokia 6 flash sale registration by following the booking instructions here.
You can also browse for all available Nokia 6 models on the Chinese website here. It is estimated that each such registration costs $9, which can be deducted from the cost of the handset for those who are unable to purchase it in the flash sale.
It must be noted that the actual number of handsets available for sale are way lower than the number of registrations accepted till the date when the flash sale goes live. So, it is imperative that you are prepared for the occasion and register as soon as possible to grab the handset at the first opportunity.
