Moto Z and Z Force users are in for some great news as Motorola has started rolling out the highly-anticipated Android 7.0 Nougat update with build number NPL25.86-15 in India and Canada, while the Verizon variants of Moto Z Droid Edition and Moto Z Force Droid Edition in US are getting a new Nougat OTA build NCL25.86-11-4-6 with the low volume bug-fix update.
The new bug-fix OTA update reportedly restores the notification volume back to its original state or factory settings for the US variants of Moto Z/Z Force handsets, according to the official changelog as depicted in the screenshot (above).
Meanwhile, Moto Z and Z Force users in India and Canada can manually check for the new Nougat update by going to Settings > About device > System updates and install the same. We will be posting the manual download links for the same once they become available.
As far as features are concerned, both the Moto Z and Z Force will be the first non-Google phones to support Daydream feature, which will introduce high-quality mobile VR on high-resolution displays, ultra-smooth graphics and high-fidelity sensors for accurate head tracking.
You can purchase the Google VR headset and Daydream View controller via Verizon, Google Play Store or Best Buy in the US, in order to experience this new feature.
