Actor Song Joong Ki has finally opened up about his relationship with his Descendants of the Sun co-star Song Joong Ki and said that they are just "close friends." The actor denied all rumours and said fans made it up as they probably liked his on-screen chemistry with the actress.
"Song Hye-Kyo and I are both aware of those rumours, and we are really enjoying them. We even talk about them during company dinners," said Song Joong Ki, according to Yibada.
In the same interview, the actor revealed that he is not a tech-savvy person and therefore does not like to keep social media accounts and he finds technology to be very complicated.
Irrespective of their denial about their relationship, the rumours about the actors have intensified in the recent few months because of their Instagram posts. In a recent Instagram photo, the Korean celebrity was seen with two kids, which sparked the rumours that the actor is getting hitched with his so called girlfriend. Several fans commented on the post asking the actor to get married to Hye Kyo.
Meanwhile, the wedding rumors of Song Hye Kyo started making rounds, as Laniege, a cosmetic brand posted a message on its official Facebook page giving a congratulatory message to Song Hye-kyo, its brand ambassador and wished her a blessed a happy married life with her "Oppa."
Since the post only mentioned "Oppa", fans are eager to know whether it is Song Joong-ki or not. According to the reports, the information is a leak from friends who allegedly received a wedding invitation from the Song-Song couple.
However, neither Laneige nor Song Hye Kyo's agency, United Artists Agency made any official comment on the rumour.
