According to the latest leaks, Xiaomi Mi 6 will have a full HD panel on the standard models and Quad HD panel for its prime ones. Now, compared to the Samsung Galaxy 8 and iPhone 8 it might seem like nothing at all but if we go by Xiaomi Mi 5, which launched last year, it was indeed a very good looking phone and so might be the Mi 6.
Xiaomi is actually planning to incorporate two variants for its Mi 6, just like that of Samsung Galaxy S8 which is supposed to come in two variants, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. In terms of internal storage, Xiaomi Mi 6 will come in two variants - 32 GB internal memory with a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory with 4 GB of RAM.
The Galaxy S8 has lately been rumoured to sport a 6 GB RAM, but it's still not officially confirmed. So, it should really be taken with a pinch of salt.

As far as its camera specifications are concerned, the Xiaomi Mi 6 will include a 12 MP Sony IMX386 on the rear and a 8 MP Sony IMX268 on the front, which sounds quite impressive.
