Samsung is expected to launch two new flagship smartphones (Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus) at the forthcoming event of Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Meanwhile, a bunch of leaked live images of the Galaxy S8 Plus have surfaced online via Chinese social media site, Weibo.
Although the authenticity of the leaked images cannot be confirmed, the device shown looks similar to the ones seen in earlier renders of the Galaxy S8 Plus.
Furthermore, the leaked images seem to confirm the rumoured specifications of the device including the 6.2in Quad HD bezel-less display and the fingerprint sensor on the back alongside the camera, besides the lack of a physical Home button.
Samsung has neither accepted nor denied any of these leaks so far and hence it is almost certain that we will be seeing the announcement of two flagship Galaxy handsets at the MWC.
The company is likely to reveal the launch date for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus at the event, especially considering the recent leaks showing off Galaxy S8 case renders as well as leaked Galaxy S8+ moniker and logo from reliable sources.
