The popular TV series, How to Get Away with Murder's fourth installment is all set to come back this fall. Reportedly, the new season is to premiere sometime in September. In February, ABC announced that it is coming up with a brand new season.
The Season 3 of the series wrapped up on February 23 with a two-hour long season finale. Actor Jack Falahee spoke about the finale of the series stating, "About halfway through [the first hour of the two-hour finale], that [Connor's involvement] will be addressed or potentially resolved. Also, people have really been throwing around 'involvement with Wes' death.' But I would throw it out there that maybe, if we reframe this; he's involved with Wes' resurrection. He is doing CPR, you know?" He further added, "The audience will be just as shocked as the cast was."
Fans are eagerly waiting for the upcoming season as because the previous season left a lot of unanswered question. The most important being, is Annalise really Wes's real mother? At the AA group meeting, Annalise makes some statements where she refers Wes being like a son to her.
She says, "He was my son, and he's gone." It could possibly mean that she is his surrogate mother or this can be an indication towards something bigger.
Not much is revealed about Annalise's past. However, Rose is said to be the biological mother of Wes. It should be recollected that both Annalise and Rose first met at the time when in the past, Annalise started working on the Mahoney case. Later on, it was revealed that Charles Mahoney had sexually assaulted Rose and she became pregnant.
Things seem to be way too twisted than it appears to be. All this could be the reason why she agrees to take Mahoney case, years later.
Based on the last three seasons of the show, which were premiered on 25 September 2014, 24 September 2015 and 22 September 2016 respectively, it is speculated that season 4 will also premiere sometime in the third week of September, probably on 21 September 2017, International Business Times previously reported.
