Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's separation is giving their kids a hard time. The six children of the former couple started to "speak up" as to with whom they would prefer staying with. Jolie has been given the primary custody of their children but according to the sources, the kids are being given the choice to choose the parent they'll like to live with. Moreover, it is being reported that this is Jolie's idea.
According to Yahoo, the 41-year-old actress is planning to move to the UK along with the kids, away from Pitt who is living in California. The report also suggests that putting the decision on the kids' shoulders can complicate things and that the family may end up splitting if the actors agree with the idea to let the children decide.
A source told OK! Magazine as cited by Yahoo! Lifestyle, "Ange wants the kids to each decide...who they live with. The situation with the kids isn't playing out as smoothly as either would like... The problem is that each kid is speaking up from where they want to live and not live."
Previously, there have been several reports claiming that Jolie is trying to keep her kids away from Brad Pitt. However, allowing the kids to decide can be a wise decision and the children may end up staying with each parent for a few weeks which indeed will be good for the whole family.
