The La La Land actress, Emma Stone has millions of admirers and fans all over the world but not everyone is lucky ones to get her personalised response. However, one lucky Phoenix teen got the response from Ms. Stone who created the perfect La La Land prom invitation and has sent it off to the actress. The Arcadia High School teen perform "Another Day of Sun" from her film, La La Land hoping that she would agree to be his prom date.
The teen, Jacob Staudenmaier wrote, "I decided to ask Emma Stone to prom by recreating the opening scene from La La Land, her most recent movie."
He also added, "I rewrote the lyrics to the song myself and directed the video and did the choreography too, but thank you so much to all the friends and adults who came out to help make it happen."
Soon his video became viral on the social media and soon it reached the person for whom it was for. Emma Stone not only saw the video but also gave a heart warming reply to Jacob reply saying, "JACOB, thanks for making the greatest proposal I've ever received."
The Oscar-winning actress went on to say, "I can't tell you what an honor that was and how much I smiled through that entire beautifully orchestrated video. I'm in London working, but I hope you have the best time at prom, and I'm grateful you thought of me. THANK YOU. P.S. I do see Gosling around the eyes. Love, Emma."
Jacob shared the personal response of the actress with the public, during his visit to Good Morning, America.
Staudenmaier explained that he was inspired by a friend of his who sent a similar kind of promposal to Miley Cyrus. Jacob also mentioned that he loves La La Land and has been an admirer of Emma Stone for a long time, so he was just hopeful that the actress might be able to attend his senior prom.
