Overview
Delhi Daredevils suffered a defeat at the hands of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first match of the 2017 Indian Premier League (IPL). However, Zaheeer Khan led side bounced back with a victory over Rising Pune Supergiant.
Sanju Sampson was the star man with the bat as he became the first player in the 10th edition of the IPL to score a century. His knock helped Delhi Daredevils seal a 97 run victory over the Supergiant.
Kings XI Punjab suffered a defeat at the hands of Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous fixture. Glenn Maxwell will be looking forward to bounce back from the defeat at Feroz Shah Kotla on Saturday.
