The Friday-Saturday tvN drama 'Chicago Typewriter' recently changed the timing of the show.
According to Soompi, on May 3, a source from tvN stated, "Friday-Saturday drama 'Chicago Typewriter' will air at 8:30 instead of 8:00 starting from the ninth episode until the last 16th episode."
The source further explained, "We have adjusted the broadcast time for 'Chicago Typewriter' in consideration of viewers' lifestyle patterns as time spent outdoors has increased due to the change in season. Please look forward to the second half of the story as it delves into the plot."
As 'Chicago Typewriter' will air later than the previously scheduled time, the shows following the Yoo Ah-in starrer drama will also be aired later. 'Youn's Kitchen' and 'SNL Korea 9' will both be airing 30 minutes later.
The tvN drama will air a special episode as there are multiple holidays in the first week of May. Chicago Tyewriter will reportedly be airing special behind-the-scenes episode narrated by Go Kyung Pyo this week and the episodes 9 and 10 will be aired on May 12 and 13 at 8:30 p.m. KST.
The said drama is about a famous author who is struggling with writer's block. Yoo Ah-in plays the character of a bestselling author who is prickly and sensitive. He, at the age of 21 turns out to be a brilliant writer but presently he is facing a severe writer's block and cannot write a single word. The editor suggests him to take a ghostwriter which is played by Go Kyung-pyo.
