Singer and TV personality Lee Sang-min emerged on top for the second straight month of the brand reputation rankings for TV entertainers for June 2017.
Following the results of top brand TV programs, the Korea Institute for Corporate Reputation released rankings of TV entertainers based on 24.44 million pieces of big data analyzed from May 3 to June 5.
The rankings are based on participation, communication, media, community and audience values.
Lee Sang-min, a cast member on the popular SBS reality TV show "Mom's Diary-My Ugly Duckling," came out on top with a score of 3.94 million, up by 228.79 percent from his May 2017 score of 1.06 million.
His score consisted of participation index, 2.45 million; media, 435,996; and communication, 1.05 million.
This is the second straight month that Lee Sang-min is No. 1 on the brand reputation rankings for TV entertainers, edging out "the nation's MC" Yoo Jae-suk.
Yoo Jae-suk, host of the TV shows "Infinite Challenge," "Running Man" and "Happy Together," placed second with a score of 2.36 million, up by 182.25 percent from his May score of 1.42 million.
Park Myung-soo of "Infinite Challenge" and "Happy Together" came in third place with 1.3 million, an increase of 148.33 percent compared to his score in May of 671,528.
TV entertainers who placed fourth to 10th are Kim Gun-mo of "Mom's Diary-My Ugly Duckling," 990,815; Shin Dong-yup of "Mom's Diary-My Ugly Duckling," 768,246; Kim Joon Ho of "2 Days & 1 Night," 749,471; Kim Gura of "Radio Star," 727,009; Lee Hwi-jae of "The Return of Superman,", 724,116; Jun Hyun-moo of "I Live Alone" and "Happy Together," 707,934; and Seo Jang-hoon of "Mom's Diary-My Ugly Duckling," 694,538.
The 11th to 20th places are Cha Tae-hyun of "2 Days & 1 Night," 694,207; Kim Sook of "Sister's Slam Dunk," 693,851; Yang Se-hyeong of "Infinite Challenge," 689,013; Haha of "Infinite Challenge" and "Running Man," 645,043; Lee Kyung-kyu of "Let's Eat Dinner Together," 634,997; Kim Jong-min of "2 Days & 1 Night," 622,761; Park Soo-hong, 612,585; Park Na-rae of "I Live Alone," 532,309; Kim Byung-man of "Law of the Jungle," 526,055; and Lee Soo-geun of "Knowing Bros," 519,086.
