Former Korean boy band H.O.T leader Moon Hee Jun and former f(x) member Sulli topped a survey of stars who were abandoned by fans because of controversies and issues.
The Korean community site DC Inside ran the survey for one week from May 28 to June.
Of the 18,380 votes that were cast, Moon Hee Jun topped the negative survey with 40.6 percent of 7,456 votes.
Many fans abandoned their support to Moon Hee Jun after a series of events including his marriage.
Last month, the H.O.T forum on DC Inside issued a statement to say that they would boycott Moon Hee Jun's activities.
"Moon Hee Jun, from H.O.T, started dong rock music as he became a solo artist. He was strongly criticized by the public, and overcame hard times together with fans. However, after the public opinion of him got better after his military service, Moon Hee Jun threw away his modesty and started acting rudely and saying unfitting things. Especially last here, he had a lot of problematic statements about his concert, marriage, and H.O.T getting back together," the fans said, according to AllKPop.
They added, "Fans waited for a sincere explanation and apology, but all we received were excuses, no replies about goods, and continued derogatory comments about [H.O.T] members. We believe that his actions seriously defame the fans' memories, the group's character, and the other H.O.T members' images, and decided to boycott his future promotions."
Fans were shocked when he got engaged to Crayon Pop's Soyul last November and they got married last February without telling them that she was pregnant. She gave birth in May or just three months after the wedding.
Placing second is former f(x) member Sulli who got 14.4 percent or 2,638 votes. She was accused of not giving 100 percent attention to her group and for focusing on her former boyfriend Choiza Dynamic Duo.
Boy band Shinhwa member Eric ranked third with 14.1 percent of 2,594 votes. He surprised fans when he announced last April that he was going to marry actress Na Hye Mi in July.
He was followed in the survey by JYJ's Yoochun, 12.7 percent; BEAST's Hyunseung, 4.6; Super Junior's Kangin, 2.9 percent; former Girls' Generation member Jessica, 2.8 percent; Super Junior member Sungmin, 2.6 percent; and former WINNER member Nam Tae Hyun, 2 percent.
