Philippines: Federal Land ties up with Japan to build USD 400m residential property

Federal Land announced that they are partnering with Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holding Ltd.

Federal Land, one of the Philippine's leading property development, has partnered with two Japanese firms to jointly finance and construct a USD 400 million-worth residential property in Bonifacio, Global City in Metro Manila.

Federal Land announced that they are partnering with Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holding Ltd to develop the proposed residential complex.

Naming it Sunshine Fort Landmark, the property is expected to complete in 2025 and will feature a Japanese-inspired residential interior design which is the first in the Philippines.

The project will be situated on a 10-hectare Grand Central Park at Bonifacio Global City adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

The project will construct four residential towers with 41 and 51 floors that will introduce Japanese model arrangement that includes functionality, safety, harmony and simplicity. A mall will also be developed and curated by Isetan Mitsukoshi that will sell Japanese fashion RTWs, food and cosmetics.

Federal Land Chairperson Alfred Ty said that this project is the company's commitment to bring global industry standards in the country to improve residential lifestyle.

Federal Land is one of the companies of GT Holdings and a business partner of Metrobank Group. It was established in 1972 and eventually became one of the leading companies in real estate development in the Philippines.

It has built residential condominiums, office buildings commercial centres and master planned communities throughout the country.

Among the landmark construction of Federal land are GT Tower International, Grand Hyatt Manila Residences, Marco Polo Residences and the SixSenses Residences and Bay Garden Club.
