While Bixby Voice is now functional in some countries, the full-blown global launching is yet to happen. Based on recent developments, Samsung's intelligent voice assistant is likely to make a surprise international debut on Tuesday, which is a day ahead of the Galaxy Note 8 launch.
Samsung is teasing the global rollout of Bixby Voice to happen in full swing starting Tuesday following the recent Bixby app updates to some countries in fits and starts. While the Galaxy Note 8 phone will be released on Wednesday, the voice assistant's debut somehow makes sense.

Samsung's latest teaser on Facebook calls for anticipating fans to "get ready for a smarter way to use your phone" showing the Bixby logo and 22 August. This might be a good indication that the Bixby Voice global launch is happening this week.
Bixby Voice has been touted by Samsung as a major feature for the Galaxy Note 8. Since its first launch, only the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus users in South Korea and the US were able to take advantage of the voice assistant in its full form.

Bixby apps were already out in countries like the UK, Germany, India, South Africa and Australia, among many others. Users around the world are only waiting for Samsung to activate its server for the feature.
