Before trainers can download the hacked version of the latest Pokémon GO update, the app must be officially updated to the latest version, which is 1.43.1 for iOS and 0.73.1 for Android. Per patch notes, the Pokémon GO 1.43.1 and Pokémon GO 0.73.1 update comes with a couple of additional abilities, improvements and bug fixes.
Trainers will now be able to spin the Photo Disc at a Gym using Pokémon GO Plus. The number of trainers entering and preparing for a Raid Battle before using a Raid Pass is now viewable. The Pokémon Collection screen search also allows trainers to look for any of their Pokémon moves using the @ character.
For the bug fixes, the Raid Boss escaping the last Premier Ball has been resolved as well as the one that prevents trainers from seeing the double XP they receive from Raid Battles when using a Lucky Egg.
This update focuses entirely on small changes, unlike the previous Pokémon GO++ hack which delivered the new Raid Battle feature and a gym revamp.
