Saudi Arabias King Salman on Tuesday (26 September) issued a decree allowing women to be given driving licences, reversing the ultraconservative kingdoms longstanding policy. The decree orders a ministerial body be set up to give advice within 30 days and the change will be implemented by June 2018.
