Good news for the jailbreak community as the iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak by Saïgon has officially been confirmed coming very soon. The news came out just a week after the iOS 10.2.1 jailbreak by Saïgon had been released.
Abraham Masri put together a placeholder for the forthcoming iOS 10.3.1 support on the GitHub-based page of Saïgon which confirms the iOS 10.2.1 and iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak. Jailbreak enthusiasts will soon be able to sideload apps on their iOS devices without the need for a Mac and Xcode.

The new firmware compatibility had previously been touted impossible after reports said it will be supporting 64-bit devices. The Saïgon iOS 10.2.1 jailbreak supports 64-bit devices, allowing iPhone and iPad owners to sideload apps via a compiled IPA.
The official iOS 10.3.1 support is coming, but the support is expected to be available only to limited devices. Once the jailbreak support goes live, it is likely to be offered as a compiled IPA file too just like the iOS 10.2.1 and sideloaded onto the device through the Cydia Impactor tool.
As of the press time, there are no more additional details as to when exactly the new jailbreak support will become available. For now, the jailbreak community owes huge thanks to research personalities Ian Beers, Luca Todesco and Adam Donenfeld, among others.
