Actor Lee Sun Gyun, has nothing but a bag full of compliments for his newest co-star, Song Ji Hyo. The duo, who is sharing screen for the first time, will be seen playing the leads in the Korean adaptation of Japanese drama, This Week, My Wife is Cheating.
In a recent interaction with Allkpop, Sun Gyun gushed about his on-screen wife. He said: "I think I see the charms of Song Ji Hyo that many people are in love with. She has a great personality, and in reality, she is way more beautiful and she's very pretty when she smiles. I fell in love with her from the beginning."
"We depended on each other and enjoyed filming, but from now on, there'll be scenes where we struggle and hate on each other, so thinking about that already has me in pain," the actor revealed.
On the other side, feeling mesmerized with all the attention and showering compliments, the Running Man fame actress thanked 41-year-old for pleasant words and also flattered the actor in return:"There's a lot of laughter when I'm with Lee Sun Gyun sunbaenim. He also gives me a lot of advice and is very considerate, so I'm able to act comfortably," she said.
My Wife's Having an Affair this Week is set to air on JTBC Fridays & Saturdays 20:30 time slot, previously occupied by Fantastic. The drama will be followed by Strong Woman Do Bong-Soon in January, 2017.
