The second season of JTBC's Age of Youth concluded on October 7 with a record rating. The housemates of Belle Epoque grabbed 3.252 percent nationwide on the finale, according to Nielsen Korea. Soompi noted that the rating is the highest for any 11 pm time slot program for cable. "This was an increase from the previous night's viewership ratings of 3.040 percent. The drama premiered with high ratings of 2.228 percent and steadily increased as the drama progressed, peaking at 4.069 percent on September 30," it added.

Meanwhile, netizens have already started speculating a season 3 as some claim that the finales had hints of a continuation. The epilogues of the last few episodes have definitely raised few unfitted storylines which are expected to be solved in the next season.
However, a representative from the production house has revealed that there are no talks in progress for a third instalment. "Season 3 is not discussed at all. The epilogues are always stand-alones and they are not connected with the development of the play," he was quoted by TV Report. The cast includes Han Ye-ri, Han Seung-yeon, Park Eun-bin, Ji Woo and Choi Ah-ra. The popular drama revolves around the friendship of five college roommates at the Belle Epoque house.
