Actor Ahn Jae Hyun could not stop gushing about her newlywed wife, Ku Hye Sun. The 28-year-old, who married his Blood co-star in May, attributes his success to the pretty actress.
In a recent press conference for the new tvN drama Cinderella and Four Knights, Jae Hyun talked about his wife and her influence over his career and skills. He said: "This is the first drama since I achieved my greatest dreams of marriage. I filmed it with a relaxed mind, and I was also able to focus more on work. I want to thank her who made all this possible."
Furthermore, the actor told Soompi that he did ask few tips from his wife due to similarities between Hye Sun's previous drama and Cinderella and Four Knights. He stated: "It feels a little bit like 'Boys Over Flowers.' The relationships between the characters are similar, and it's about all the men around the female protagonist."
"[Because of the similarities,] I spoke with [Ku Hye Sun] a lot about what my position should be in the drama. For example, if Jung Il Woo is an aloof character that is silently always there for the female lead, then we talked a lot about how I would need to portray my character," Jae Hyun added.
Cinderella and Four Knights, starring Park So Dam, Jae Hyun, Lee Jung Shin, Jung II Woo and Son Na Eun, is set to air on 12 August.
