The unending battle between Angelina Jolie and her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, is still on and reportedly Jolie fled the country with her children. According to an insider, who told Radar Online, Jolie is preparing to buy a home in London.
The source revealed the actress' plans to buy a Tudor-style estate worth $12.5 million, "Angie has been making moves to buy the estate because she knows it can work for her and the children, especially as it's close to central London and her friends,"
Jolie badly wants to win the custody battle post the ugly split with Brad Pitt. Fans, though are still unsure about what caused the couple to split, it was said that they had a fall out due to Pitt's drug and alcohol use. He was also accused of child abuse and reportedly abused his oldest son, Maddox, on a private plane. However, the charges were later dropped.
An insider explained, "Having the charges dismissed shattered Angie."
The source further added, "She is convinced that she has now become the villain to the public — and she can't handle it. Now she's so humiliated and fearful she wants to start over — and is even ready to pick up and take them to another country!"
Angelina Jolie was recently seen in Cambodia along with her children to promote her new film, First They Killed My Father. The actress didn't comment on the reports of her moving to London with her kids.
During the promotion of her film in Cambodia, Jolie also opened up about the split for the first time and she revealed how it has affected everyone in the family. The actress also added that Pitt is a good father to their six children. "My family, we've all been through a difficult time," she explained.
The actress further added,"My focus is my children, our children, and it is — and my focus is finding this way through. And as I said, we are and forever will be a family. And so that is how I'm coping. I'm coping with finding a way through to make sure this somehow makes us stronger and closer."
