Asian restored classics (ARC) is a film festival program organised to revive the best of Asian films by the Asian Film Archive. The motive of this festival is to restore and celebrate the golden classic Asian masterpieces made by legendary filmmakers.
This year, ACR presents twelve extraordinary historic Asian films with a special focus on South-east Asia, with films from Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and Philippines. In addition, the festival has also listed Ring of Fury (1973), Singapore's first martial arts film which was banned for 32 years, among the twelve Asian films.
