After several months of waiting, Cydia Impactor is now adding support for iOS 11 beta. With version 0.9.42, iPhone device owners will be able to smoothly install jailbreak tweaks and side load apps.

Cydia Impactor allows iPhone device owners to side load unofficial iOS apps. With its recent update, iPhone devices running on iOS 11 can now use the GUI tool to install jailbreak tweaks and unspecified apps as smooth as possible.

Some of the popular apps you can side load include Pokémon GO++, Instagram++ and WhatsApp++, among many others. Cydia Impactor's developer Jay Freeman, popularly known in the industry as Saurik, was able to deliver a performance with decreased chances of encountering issues.

As mentioned, the tool is not only best used by jailbreakers but standard iOS users as well. Cydia Impactor is a work in progress, according to Saurik, so more updates and enhancements are expected to arrive down the road.

For now, the tool's iOS 11 beta support carries significant features that used to be erratic in previous versions. The iPhone device owners can download the Cydia Impactor 0.9.42 versions via Windows, Mac and Linux.

Specifically, Cydia Impactor can now support connecting a USB cable to iOS 11 beta. Some users might be able to notice that any USB connection made to iOS 11 beta before the update is not capable of detecting it so users can side load IPA files.

In addition, Cydia Impactor 0.9.42 also brings in bug fixes for failed sign-in on watchOS apps. Meanwhile, Saurik is still working on side loading any unknown apps without problems.
