Fed up with the mistreatment of their idols, fans of girl group f(x) sent a letter to demand agency SM Entertainment to explain incidents and promote the group.
The Koreans fans on the site DC Gallery presented a manifesto asking the agency to also set f(x)'s comeback since the group has been on hiatus for long.
They said at the SMTOWN Live World Tour in Seoul last July, only Luna was present without Amber, Victoria and Krystal.
The fans pointed out that Luna should have been allowed to perform in the second part of the show wherein all SM Entertainment artists sang.
"Luna could have easily done the group performance by herself but the fact there was no performance of f(x) seemed like there is not existence of f(x) in SM. It turned out as f(x) fans attending 4-hour lasting SMTOWN Live to watch only 3 minutes of performance," the letter stated.
SMTOWN concerts gather all SM artists but in f(x)'s case, it was only Luna who was there.
"We request SM to reveal on which circumstances the remaining of f(x) members couldn't attend SMTOWN Live," they added.
On f(x)'s hiatus, the fans also want to know from SM Entertainment why did it cancel the planned Asia tour. After f(x) held their first group concert and Japan tour, there was a plan for an Asian tour but it didn't push through.
"Therefore, we request feedback on the overall matter of this Asia tour," they said.
The fans also demanded that f(x) be given more activities to interact with fans, saying that the K-pop group has been on hiatus for more than 600 days.
"Therefore we request f(x) get opportunities like fan meetings and social live broadcasts to constantly interact with the fans during their hiatus. Moreover, we highly request f(x)'s new album release (comeback)," the letter further stated.
In addition, the fans also requested the organization of an official f(x) fan club that will handle fan-related matters including fan meetings.
SM Entertainment has not yet responded to the letter.
