George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney are reportedly very protective of their newborn twins. The couple have allegedly hired a pair of bodyguards for their children, Alexander and Ella.
According to a report in Daily Star, the new parents spent $318,000 to protect their twins. A source said: "Fatherhood was a long time coming for George so he's not risking his brood coming to any harm. The baby bouncers are just the start."
"He and Amal have really spoiled the twins. There's been so much work done on the house already for them," the insider added.
Meanwhile, in an interview with FOX19 NOW, Nick Clooney gushed about his new grandchildren. He said: "They are gorgeous. Nina swears they have George's nose. I don't know what that means." The 83-year-old journalist added, "Not both of them, one of them. The little boy looked like he had [George's] nose. His little profile."
"And I love their names Alexander and Ella. Both sound terrific," he went on. "Amal, who is Super Woman, she is just amazing. The babies are beautiful, of course, she's beautiful. She was telling us last week that she is as big as a house. Of course, for her, that's a very small house. But, she's great."
"George, well, his eyes were glazed so I'm not sure that he was sober. We'll figure that out. They have enough on their plate to have some visiting grandparents coming in to London. So we'll leave that one entirely up to them," he added.
