Lee Dong-wook's popularity with fans continue to climb higher. Not only is the 'Goblin' actor touring Asian countries to meet fans as part of his 'For My Dear' tour, he will now be a regular host of Naver's 'V LIVE broadcasts, a radio show broadcast with video signal.
Website Soompi notes that popular South Korean actors Lee Dong-wook and Park Hae-jin will be hosting regular broadcasts on V LIVE beginning this month. The first content to be broadcast is a new live content platform, called 'On The Air.' This new live content will be broadcasted every 12th day at 11:00 pm. at the V LIVE "Lee Dong Wook" channel, Soompi notes.
Lee Dong-wook is also scheduled to meet his fans in Singapore on this April 15, as part of his Asia tour. As reported by website Kpopstarz, the fan meet will take place at the Mastercard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands, Grand Theatre. It was noted that this will be the 'Goblin' actor's first-ever fan meet in Singapore.
As for the fans, Kpopstarz, mentions that all ticket holders "will be entitled to a Hi-Touch session up close with Lee Dong Wook at the end of the event." Also, 180 category-1 ticket holders are to be picked via a lucky draw for a Photo-op session (20 persons per photo) with the actor at the conclusion of the event. The results of the lucky draw will be announced by the organiser at a future date. Plus, 50 category-1 ticket holders will be the recipients of an autographed poster of Lee Dong-wook, via another lucky draw.
For those who are unable to secure tickets to attend Lee Dong-wook's Singapore fan meet, they have another option. Weekender.com mentions that the actor famous for playing the Grim Reaper in 'Goblin' will appear at a free public event on April 15, at Plaza Singapura's Outdoor Atrium. The open sharing session will be held from 12 pm, before the star of his Asia Tour. As per the website, "The first 40 customers to sign up for StarHub Go Select from now to 9 Apr will be given a pair of premium standing area tickets to the sharing session."
It appears that Lee Dong-wook is not just a successful actor and Hallyu star, but he genuinely cares about his fans all over Asia and has been busy reaching out to them in person following the end of tvN's highly successful supernatural romance drama 'Goblin: The Lonely and Great God' on January 21, this year.
