Caution Alert: This article might contain spoilers from the upcoming episodes of Game of Thrones: Season 7.
It's Game of Thrones everywhere and we mean it literally! The seventh season of the fantasy drama promises a lot of action, blood and drama and several sub plots have unwinded for this penultimate season. However, what caught the attention of many is the shocking transformation of Euron Greyjoy. What's with that haircut, the leather jacket and of course the V-cut shirt? There seems to something burning already behind the new transformation of this bonkers boatman. Though Euron has offered the Iron Fleet to win the trust of Cersei Lannister and form an alliance with her, there is something unconvincing about his trustworthiness.
Well, it looks like Euron is underrated in winning over Cersei. He is even planning for a 'priceless gift' to win her over. So viewers wouldn't be surprised if Euron brings a head on the platter—be it Daenerys or John Snow as the queen is no short of enemies. Danish actor Pilou Asbæk, who plays Euron, has now made a shocking revelation to Variety. In an exclusive interview, he revealed that his character might not make it alive out of the seventh season.
"He knows his time is spare. He knows he's going to die at one point. And if you ask me, it's probably going to be spectacular. I hope so. But right now, he's in for a ride," he was quoted saying. When quipped about his experience in playing the villainous character, he said, "I'm completely free in Euron. I don't feel any restrictions. With Euron, it's like 'Let's do more crazy eyes, more manic, more violent, and fierce.' Until the day that Dan and David kill me."
Meanwhile, HBO has released the next set of images and teaser for the upcoming episode. Sunday's episode is titled "The Queen's Justice," and fans will finally see the much-awaited meeting of Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington). "Daenerys holds court. Cersei returns a gift. Jaime learns from his mistakes," the channel described in its official synopsis.
The tricky title has raised many eyebrows with many claiming that it refers to Queen Cersei's revenge against Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma) and her daughter Tyene (Rosabell Laurenti Sellers) for killing her daughter Myrcella Baratheon in Season 5. The trailer also shows Euron riding through the King's land after capturing Ellaria, Tyene and his niece Yara Greyjoy (Gemma Whelan). We wonder what will be Euron's gift to Cersei. Meanwhile, Dany and Tyrion Lannister's (Peter Dinklage) plan to take over the Iron Throne are also likely to unfold in this episode. Remember, the second trailer released last June, where there was a glimpse of the Unsullied storming the gates of the castle and an angry Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) riding horseback through a fiery battlefield. Well, that looks very much like a part of this episode.
