Rockstar Games recently added the BF Raptor and Daemon Custom as the new DLC vehicles with the latest Bikers update in GTA Online while the GTA community has been speculating on their performance metrics in relation to other cars and bikes in the game. Meanwhile, renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW (aka Ross) has showcased an exhaustive speed-comparison test for the new DLC vehicles, in his latest gameplay video for GTA Online.
As Ross explains in his speed test, the new BF Raptor appears to be the slowest of all sports cars in the game, given its time trial of 26 seconds to finish the drag race. In other words, the Raptor is too slow when compared to the Dinka Jester and the Dewbauchee Massacro as they can complete the race almost four and half seconds quicker.
Being a three-wheeler, the Raptor will suffer more with its poor handling, braking and traction capabilities. This theory is further strengthened by the recent benchmark conducted by another YouTuber 'Broughy1322' wherein he explains that the Raptor actually finished at the position '33' in the sports car class.
The Raptor's speed is comparable to the Benefactor Shafter, which means there are 32 better sports cars than the Raptor in GTA Online. Besides, the Massacro and the Schafter V12 are both cheaper and better-performing sports cars than the Raptor.
As Ross concludes in his speed-comparison test, the BF Raptor solely stands out for its novelty quotient and does not really impress with its on-road performance or racing potential.
On the other hand, the new Western Daemon Custom bike performs almost similar to its regular version on the street with the exception of the traction upgrade.
As Ross confirms, there is really no difference in the speed of the Daemon Custom motorcycle even after installing the traction upgrade and it seems to perform almost the same as the regular version. The Western Daemon definitely does not hold a chance against the likes of the powerful Hakuchou Drag or the Pegassi Bati 801 or the Dinka Akuma in sprint and circuit races.
As far as the speed and performance tests are concerned, the BF Raptor and Western Daemon just don't fit the bill, given their slower top speed and acceleration. You should only buy them if you value their customisation and novelty factors.
