Justin Theroux has shared his thoughts on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce. The 41-year-old actress reportedly filed legal documents on 19 September citing irreconcilable differences.
During an interview with Business Insider while promoting his movie The Girl on the Train, Theroux talked about the end of Brangelina. The 45-year-old actor expressed his concern for the former couple's children - Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
"As a child of divorce all I can say is that's terrible news for those children and that's all you can really say," Theroux said. "It's boring to sort of comment on anything else. People are having a bad time, that's horrible."
Adding on, The Leftovers star said it is "nonsense" to drag Jennifer Aniston's name into Jolie and Pitt's divorce. The former Friends star and the Fury actor who were married between 2000 and 2005, split when the actor fell for Jolie on the set of the film Mr And Mrs Smith.
"There's an endless appetite for trash, apparently, though everyone would say that they don't have that appetite. But I think a lot of people do because people buy it," Theroux said. "But there are bigger things to b***h about. It's shocking how much bandwidth things can take up when there are far more important things going on in the world."
