Korean star Joo Won and BoA have ended their relationship. However, the couple will continue to remain as good friends as per media reports. Joo's agency also confirmed the news but denied to reveal the reason behind the split.
The couple, who met through mutual friends, confirmed their relationship early this year. According to their agency, Joo, 29, and BoA, 30 share similar interests in music and career, which has also played a key catalyst in their dating life.

Joo is currently in his mandatory military service. The actor also completed his six-week basic training in June and was assigned as an assistant instructor for the 3rd Infantry Division. He will be discharged from the military in February 2019. Joo's big screen debut was in2006 with the stage musical 'Altar Boyz.' He is best mown for his roles in 'Bridal Mask,' 'Good Doctor,' 'Naeil's Cantabile,' and 'Yong-pal.' Joo's last release was the historic remake of the 2001 blockbuster film 'My Sassy Girl.'
Referred to as the Queen of Korean Pop, BoA debuted as a teenager in 2000 with the album 'ID; Peace B.' She also appeared as the lead in 2009 JTBC drama 'My Wife is Having an Affair this Week' and the movie 'Big Match.'
