The National Institute of Scientific Investigation just released the autopsy results of the late South Korean actor Kim Joo Hyuk on November 14, 2017.
The autopsy had not been concluded so the authorities could not detect the actual cause of the death of the actor.
The final results show that the 45-year old actor eventually passed away due to a cranial fracture.
According to the autopsy results, there were no traces of any drugs except for a trace of antihistamines(drugs that treat allergic rhinitis and other allergies).
The accident footage shows Kim Joo Hyuk driving unsteadily swinging side to side, crashing into another vehicle and finally turning over and bashing into a building.
Authorities are sceptical about the actual cause of the accident which had led to the cranial fracture.
According to reports, it is believed that the unexpected death caused by the sudden cardiac attack is due to the loss of heart function.
The authorities stated that it is not possible to find out if there were any evidence of sudden cardiac arrest in Kim Joo Hyuk's body as an autopsy cannot detect that.
Presently there is no additional proof that accurately reveals the cause of the accident and the reason why the actor was driving that way.
Moreover, authorities declared that there will be no additional medical investigations unless further evidence is revealed.
The actual cause cannot be attained as of this moment; hence the authorities have announced the death of Kim Joo Hyuk as unknown.
The result of Kim Joo Hyuk's vehicle investigation is still in progress. It will be released by the end of November.
Kim Joo Hyuk passed away on Monday, October 30, after being involved in a car accident. The incident took place in Seoul's Samseong neighbourhood.
