The "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" actor Park Bo Gum held a successful fan meet in Tokyo and the way he showered love to his fans, the hearts of thousands of Japanese fans must have melted. This is the very first time that Park Bo held a fan meet in Tokyo and it must have been really special for him as well.
According to the actor's agency, as cited by Yonhap News, Blossom Entertainment shared that around 5,000 Japanese fans came to see and meet the actor which was held on Feb. 4, Saturday, at the Tokyo International Forum. The agency also shared some of the memorable activities of the event.
Park Bo Gum showed off his singing talent and delighted all his avid fans during the Asian fan tour. The "Reply 1988" actor also participated in fun games with the fans and tried to converse in Japanese. When his fans asked Park how was he feeling at that moment, the actor drew an image of a heart.
However, unlike the Taiwan fan meeting, in the Tokyo meet-and-greet event there was no special guest. In Taiwan fan meeting, "Descendants of the Sun" actor Song Joong Ki joined his dear friend Park on Jan. 23, Monday.
In the said event, the two actors were seen talking about their friendship and Park mentioned Song as a senior colleague who can give him acting tips, All Kpop reported.
The "Descendants of the Sun" star also revealed why he cried during Park's acceptance speech in 2016 KBS Drama Awards win, saying that the actor's personal struggles in the early days of his acting career flashed in his mind making him nostalgic.
After the Tokyo fan meet, Park Bo Gum is all set to travel to Thailand and Singapore and meet his fans on Feb. 11 and Feb. 18, respectively, before he returns to South Korea.
