Actor Lee Joon Gi has dropped another pleasant surprise for his fans. The 34-year-old, who portrays the character of 4th Prince Wang So in SBS's Moon Lovers, expressed his desire to relish the finale episode of his period drama with bunch of his shippers.
According to Soompi, the actor is planning for a small fan meet on 1 November, the date when the Goreyo dynasty inspired drama airs its last episode. Joon Gi's agency revealed that only few of actor's fans will get a chance to share a watching screen with the star. Meanwhile, the hustle-bustle have already started and almost 10000 fans have already applied to secure their seats.
"We planned this event to create good memories with Lee Joon Gi and his fans. We thought that there might be many applicants, but never on this scale. We are very surprised but very grateful," the actor's agency affirmed.
Joon Gi also expressed his amazement on the overwhelming response. The actor relayed through his social media: "I was shocked to see so many people apply~ I've also received the regrets of people who can't come and I'm sorry! I will try and create better opportunities in the future."
Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Goryeo starring Lee Joon Gi, IU, Kang Ha Neul, Hong Jong Hyun, Nam Joo Hyuk, Baekhyun EXO and Ji Soo airs finale episode this Tuesday.
