Overview
Napoli suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 tie at the Santiago Bernabeu last month. Despite taking an early lead from Lorenzo Insigne's goal, the defending champions took 10 minutes to equalise from Karim Benzema's strike.
Toni Kross gave Real the lead after the start of the second half before Casemiro's brilliant strike made sure that the Spanish capital took a two goal lead into the second half. Napoli will have an advantage of an away goal for the second leg.
Zinedine Zidane will have former Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale fit to face the Serie A outfit. He will be hoping for a comfortable win in order to progress to the next round of the competition.
Napoli, on the other hand, have an uphill task in restricting Real, especially with their attack boasting the likes of Ronaldo, Bale and Benzema. However, they still have a chance to progress to the quarter-final of this season's Champions League.
