Among the noteworthy improvements, the latest update for Nintendo's popular augmented-reality game adds fix for incorrect vibration notifications issue in nearby feature along with some minor text fixes for better rendering. The day and night modes have now been tweaked to show the current time to the Trainer with full accuracy.
Check out the excerpts of the changelog for the latest Pokemon GO update for iOS and Android:
- The bug that caused incorrect vibration notifications has been fixed.
- Day and night modes have changed to more accurately reflect the Trainer's current time of day.

Unlike the previous release which introduced the first batch of Gen 2 Pokemon along with some festive and holiday-themed changes in the game, the new update only brings minor enhancements to the game without adding any new gameplay features.
In related news, Niantic is reportedly still working on the WatchOS version of Pokemon GO app, which is proposed for an "end of the year" release.

Avid Pokemon fans are advised to keep checking their regional App Store and Google Play Store periodically as the new update may show up anytime now.
