The president-elect Donald Trump's eldest daughter is auctioning a coffee date. Marking her name in the list of celebrity auctions and goodwill contributions, Ivanka Trump has decided to auction a coffee date, a costly privilege that could reportedly take the highest bidder on a 45-minute date with the real estate heiress.
The coffee date is reported to be organised at Trump Tower or at the organization's new Washington DC hotel sometime in 2017. Ivanka and his businessman brother Eric Trump claim that the money collected from the highest bidder will be donated to charity and will be directed to The Eric Trump Foundation. The Eric Trump Foundation, established in 2006, aims to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help terminally ill youth in Memphis, Tennessee.
The bid started from $8,000 on December 5 and according to the latest reports by New York Post the highest bid reported on Monday evening was $23,000 which quickly escalated to $24,000 on Tuesday morning. However, the celebrity charity auction website values the date at $50,000. The bidding for the good cause is scheduled to end on December 20.
The site states that the winner also gets to take another person along with to meet and greet lady Trump. The site also cautions about the necessity of good manners and etiquettes as the auction website also stated, "Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must."
With tens of thousands of dollars have continuously been bidding for the much hyped charity-based coffee date with the Trump daughter, Ivanka surely is not a cheap date.
