The Captain America: The Winter Soldier co-stars Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson have been friends for almost a decade but they never got romantically linked as they were busy with their partners Jenny Slate and Romain Dauriac, respectively. Now that Johansson and Evans both called it quits with their partners, rumours about the two dating have started making rounds.
According to Star Magazine, Johansson and Evans were sitting beside each other at the Oscars event on Feb. 26 and they seem to more than just friends. Evans kept whispering in Johansson's ear and whatever it was, it made the Avengers' actress blush.
Moreover, according to a source for Hollywood Life, Johansson is willing to "put herself out there again" and will not be waiting long to find someone with whom she can share her heart with.
"Scarlett is not going to wait for potential love to happen. If she happens to want to date someone, she will," the insider said.
Speculations have started making rounds that the two would possibly take their relation to the next level. Though, it can be hard for Johansson who recently had a messy divorce from ex-husband Dauriac and has not opened up to anyone yet, E! News reported.
Inquisitr reported that Johansson recently separated from Romain and is still trying to deal with the fact that she had two failed relationships. Well, whether the actors will give love a chance remains to be seen, as neither of them have commented on their romance rumours yet.
