Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are all set to tie the nuptial knot on October 31. Meanwhile, a Chinese media reported that the Song Song couple might be settling down in their new house after marriage.
In January 2017, the Descendants of the Sun actor bought a house in Itaewon-dong, Seoul for 10 billion won ($8.9 million) and ever since he has confirmed his relationship with Song Hye Kyo, fans have been guessing if the newly purchased house was meant to be prepared as their marital home.

The spacious two-storey house is located on the land measured at 602 square meters with a total floor area of 371.7 square meters. According to reports, the renovation work of the house had begun in summer and now it's completely ready.
The reports said that the house appears to be quite modern and stylish, without any trivial decoration. The house has a simple designed gray door at the front matching the roof of the abode. The trees at the courtyard are neatly trimmed enhancing the privacy of the surroundings.
"(I) heard that they will move house, but there is still no one living there, not even once I saw anyone. But after Song Joong Ki bought the house, he did visit Itaewon regularly," one Itaewon resident told the media.
A nearby shop owner added: "I saw Song Joong Ki several times earlier this year. However, I didn't see him recently."
South Korea's hottest celebrity couple will organise their wedding ceremony at Shilla Hotel on October 31.
