The Descendants of the Sun stars Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo have been romantically linked for a number of times but now it takes a new turn as the stars were spotted spending time together in Indonesia, Bali, till June 11.
According to inquisitr, the rumoured couple were in a vacation at a certain unnamed resort in Bali where they were also accompanied by other friends.
Soon, fans took to social media and users started posting redacted images of the alleged couple in Bali. Some netizens also noticed that Song Hye-kyo's long time friend Kris Gap posted a lot of scenic pictures of Bali, confirming the rumour to some extent.
The Twitter feeds suggest that the alleged couple did not take the flight together. A video was posted on social media that captured Song Joong-ki at the Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport who was there to take a return flight to Seoul. On June 12, he returned to South Korea to prepare for his Battleship Island press conference, which took place on June 15.
However, fans are highly hoping for their favourite couple to announce their engagement soon this year. This mainly came up because Song Joong-ki hinted that he wishes to get married and start a family in an interview with W magazine a few months back.
Also, Song Hye-kyo's marriage rumours started circulating after Laneige congratulated its brand ambassador Song Hye-kyo on her upcoming nuptials with her 'oppa' on their facebook page but later removed it.
While all these were already circulating, Song Joong-ki bought a house in Itaewon for $8.9 million leading to further rumours stating that it signifies that the actor is eager to settle down.
Though, neither the actors nor their agencies commented on the wedding plans so far, fans are optimistic that they would tie the knot soon.
