South Korea's favourite couple, Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki, walked down the aisle in style at the Shilla Hotel today. The duo rose to fame after the super hit drama 'Descendants of the Sun' where Joong Ki plays the lead role as Captain Yoo Shi Jin, and Hye Kyo reprises the role of a doctor named Kang Mo-Yeon.

Hye Kyo has become the most sought out actress in Korea post the massive success of Descendants of the Sun that achieved pan-Asia success. Some of her other well-known television dramas include Autumn in My Heart, All In, Full House, That Winter and the Wind Blows.. She has also starred in films like Hwang Jin Yi, The Grandmaster, My Brilliant Life and The Queens.
