The romantic comedy series Strong Woman Do Bong Soon is soaring high with strong TV ratings since it premiered in late February. With the growing popularity, the cast members of the drama, Park Hyung Sik, Ji Soo, Park Bo Young and others promised their avid viewers to have two special fan events.
The JTBC drama debuted with an impressive viewership share and maintained its position at the top among the other cable channel dramas. Not only that, it constantly broke its own records, surpassing the previous episode ratings almost every time. According to Nielsen Korea, as cited by Korean news outlet OSEN, Park Hyung Sik and Park Bo Young starrer drama recently reached a nationwide viewership share of 8.7 percent.
According to a TV report, some of the cast members of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon rewarded three lucky winners by accompanying them on their way back home. Reportedly, the cast members Park Bo Young, Im Won Hee and Kim Min Gyu, escorted their three lucky fans during their walk to home on March 8, Wednesday.
This fan service was done by the cast members as according to a promise made by them if the series hit 3 percent ratings, and the cast members kept the promise as said.
Another special fan event the cast members of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon promised was for Park Hyung Sik and Ji Soo to hold a free hug event for the fans.
Around 100 fans of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon participated randomly in the event held on March 14, Tuesday.
